Guess what... there are rumours floating around all over the internet about another Spice Girls reunion.... WORLD TOUR!

With Melanie "Scary Spice" Brown leading the charge for the Girls to hit the stage again, RadarOnline reports Beckham, just like she said she was unwilling to take part in a Spice Girls documentary, is saying she'll take a pass. A source tells them:
"Vicky says she just has way too much on her plate right now with her fashion label and so busy being a mother to four young children, and wife to [LA Galaxy star] David and it just doesn't seem like she wants any part of a reunion tour."
In fact, according to the UK publication Metro, the Spice Girls were going to go ahead and do the Olympics show sans pouty Posh when she also said she wouldn't do the gig. That might not be such a bad idea for a tour too; after all, Posh has long been lambasted as the least talented singer and dancer (though she does do a great turn as a clothes hanger).
That might actually be the plan, per that same Radar insider:
"Mel B thinks the perfect time to do a reunion tour would be around the time the Spice Girls musical premieres in London on December 16 and wouldn't need to be a full scale world tour that would last for months, rather they could perform in Los Angeles, New York City, Chicago, London and other big cities to promote the musical. The ladies are ready to perform with or without Posh Spice."
And as we know, "easy V doesn't come for free." So we wonder what Posh really, really wants to do.
If this turns out to be true, I'll die. I'm still so overwhelmed by their reunion performance at the Olympics.

ReplyDeleteThey just reported on Britney being a mess on her Fantasy Twist shoot which the makeup artist on the shoot quickly shot down as bullshit. I'd love for this to be true as I haven't stopped watching the Olympic performance but unless other reliable sources start reporting it I'm not falling for it.
I agree with Kitti. Even though Posh has been "lambasted as the least talented singer and dancer" she knows it and has even said herself that she's not a singer but she genuinely loves being a part of the spice girls, especially for the fans. I don't think they would do a tour without Posh. If they did, I'd still see it, but it wouldn't be the same. It'd be similar to the SPICE girls when Ginger went AWOL. Does anyone really remember the song goodbye? It was ok but it wasn't the same.

The Spice Girls are over and the irrelevant girls should stop pushing the successful ones (Victoria & Melanie C) over and over again.
