The video is very good, the girls look beautiful and it will give a good first impression to the US audience. The song isn't their best single ever, but it's cute. The video will probably help liking the song more.
Do I think The Saturdays can be succesful in the US with this single?
I don't know. The single isn't bad but I just don't think the US audience will be here for this song. It's just another song that sounds exactly like everything else that you hear on the radio.

DeleteThe Saturdays are the FIFTH most popular girl group in the UK right now, behind Little Mix, Girls Aloud, Stooshe and the Spice Girls. The Saturdays haven’t released a single for 12 whole months and it only got to number 7. On the other hand, Little Mix had a number one single in the summer, plus a number 3 single just a couple of weeks ago, which is still HEAVILY promoted. So Little Mix are without doubt the most popular UK girl band right now. In second place are Girls Aloud, who made a comeback at the end of 2012, their new single hitting number 2 in the charts. Stooshe must be in 3rd place, having achieved a number 2 and number 5 in the charts in the last 12 months. And I would put the Spice Girls in fourth place of popularity right now. No new single, but they’ve had masses of attention having re-formed for the Olympic ceremony, released a greatest hits for Christmas, and all the publicity surrounding their new stage musical. So I think Saturdays would take 5th place. Then sadly, in terms of popularity, there is a huge gap between the above five groups and anyone else, including Sugababes who haven’t done anything in several years.
Deletewell they are the biggest girl act in the UK right now, you cant only looks at single and album sales. You have to looks a music video views, concert sales and other media outlets. You also have to remember that they havent been trying to do anything in the UK at the moment. The last 6-9 months they have been in the States. I went to thier first real show in Los Angeles, and it was packed. I feel that they have a shot to make it in America, and they do have the right people behind them. Also I think what about us is more of a hype single, and their next single will be insane
