Casual Chatney: Britney's VEVO Certified Interview

Monday, November 26, 2012

Fairly obvious what this is about so it needs no introduction! Britney looked amazing and it was so nice to hear her talking about her past videos and the direction she wanted to go with them...blah, blah, blah - now get into my conspiracy theory after you watch the interviews below!

Did anyone notice the severe drop in interest and detail once she started talking about the actual certified videos - "Till the World Ends" and "I Wanna Go"?

It's no secret that Britney had a pop-rockier album planned for Fall 2010 that was scrapped by her label who then sent her back into studio to record, what would be, "Femme Fatale" with Dr. Luke and Max Martin as Executive Producers.

Everything from the lack of promotion and connection to the actual music (whether it's talking about the tracks above, performing or creating the music video) is totally supporting the fact that Britney just wasn't satisfied with the whole "Femme Fatale" project - and who could blame her when her original plans for the seventh album were scrapped?

Am I reading too far into this?

  2. i guess you are reading way too far.
i honestly loved the whole interview....some claim that she is controled, and in fact this proves that she is an artist with a lust for creativity :) Britney has been having a good Media comeback.#201 and Femme fatale was a success, she had 3 top 10 hits out of it.

  6. Yes yes yes I thought the same thing. Like when she was describing baby one more time, toxic, and oops, she seemed like she was so into it. She kept saying "I came up with the concept" and then I loved when she explained oops, she was all cute talking about how the camera hit her head. But then she got to till the world ends and she was just like "it was cool, it was excruciatingly painful, blah blah." To quote her from for the record, there was no passion, no excitement.
