and i guess i'm in the minority, but i really never want her to perform "baby boy" live again. i was hoping she'd perform more new material or at least a pastiche that was definitive of her image instead of the same shit she always does. where the fuck was "diva"? it would've been perfectly sassy for such a competitive event.
having kelly and michelle sing back up on "single ladies" instead of more destiny's child songs was pure shade. she could've fit "say my name" in there.
on the plus side she killed "end of time" and it sounds sooo amazing live, especially with those horns.
Setlist could have been a lot better. Missing Irreplaceable, Deja Vu and Run The World. Coulda done without End Of Time and Baby Boy. It was kinda a hot mess but DC being together was awesome.
a "family show", which for the amusement of spectators, the average athletic participant is forced to retire by his mid thirties because he becomes a medical geriatric due to the inherent violent nature of the sport.

glee is a "family show" and they did a cover of "diva" this past tuesday.
any "offensive" lyrics in the song could have easily been replaced, edited out our left out entirely since she only performed three or four songs in full.
Beyonce played it too safe...and the "reunion" of Destiny's Child was everything but that...it really was a slap in the face to the other two members having to sing Beyonce's song....I was more surprise she didn't wow me...there's no doubt about Beyonce's talent and her capabilities...and that's why I was disappointed in her performance because I know gurl can werk it and twerk it like no other...I mean Madonna who is twice her age put on a fucking good show last year and I'm not a Madonna fan....OH well....hopefully the new album will be on par with anything but her last one....
I disagree! DC preforming "Single Ladies" is something fans have been dreaming of forever! It was not a slap in the face, but a gift to the fans. It was the highlight of the show for me.
i feel like she can do better. I was waiting for something new.. I mean same choreos... nothing new in music..
