Team Bey just added two news songs to the ASCAP repertory, one of them co-penned with two key players from OneRepublic.
The first song, "Life," was submitted listing Bey as a writer with Ryan Tedder (an original member of 1R) and newbie Brent Kutzle (who can slay just about any string instrument).
Tedder is probably most known for selling Bey and Kelly Clarkson the same song back in 2008.
The second is called "More Than The Opposite Sex." It was co-written with Daryl Eugene Young, who I can't find any information on other than an abandoned Twitter that mentions his FAMK Music publishing company. I can only assume that he's some dude that wrote and amazing that and let Bey buy half the writing credits.
Still no word on when we'll be getting new music.
More Than The Opposite Sex sounds flawless already.
ReplyDeletednw what i'm sure will be adult poppy love-y dove-y empowerment dreck.
ReplyDeletei want sassy, sexy, sleazy bey (e.g.: "suga mama", "diva", "kitty kat", "video phone")
