Following Frank's Instagram is confusing sometimes. He always posts a lot of stuff I don't understand. This was no different. Earlier Frank posted a picture from the backseat of a cop car (pictured above). Seriously wasn't unusual until I heard the rumors that caused it.
It wasn't a video shoot! According to a bunch of random urban gossip sites, Frank was arrested for getting some road-dome from his hot model boyfriend.
Most importantly, Frank didn't capture this on video nor did he get to "finish." I don't how you could anyway. It's hard enough to drive while...
