Deleteall he needs is clearance from rihanna's team to make a remix, which he would have no problem getting from rihanna's team.
and kanye's not known to remix songs that he likes and put them out into the world...? (i.e.: "throw some d's" is one of many unofficial remixes and freestyles he made for the can't tell em nothin' mixtape) and there are plenty of unoffical remixes and freestyles for sale on itunes because itunes is not a source of legitimacy, it's a source of profit.
