Album Sampler: Tulisa's Album 'The Female Boss'

Saturday, November 3, 2012

Listen to all the snippets of Tulisa's upcoming album 'The Female Boss' over here!

'British Swag' sounds like a mix of Rihanna's 'Birthday Cake' with an exotic vibe and is by far my favorite song from this sampler. 'Visa', 'Foreigner' and 'Kill Me Tonight' are my other favorite tracks.

'The Female Boss' will be released on November 26th.

  1. Damn, British Swag, Visa, Steal My Breath Away and Kill Me Tonight sound the best; the rest are ok (excluding the two singles Young and Live it Up, which are both awesome) sounds like a solid album!

  2. Actually surprised, the singles aint even the highlights on this record. I'm not sure why 'Live It Up' was the second single and why 'Sight Of You' has been chosen for the third. 'Live Your Life' could have been her second number one if she released it after ' Young'. Speaking to Tulisa in a recent interview she said the fourth single is 'Live Your Life' will be getting a music video and she will unveil the music video in mid December. With the single being released January. She also told us that 'Visa' will be a single at some point because it's one of her favourites on the album she also said 'Skeletons' is her personal favourite from the album.

  3. I agree about releasing 'Live Your Life' as the second single, but I guess she was trying to show more variety.

I absolutely adore her live lounge version of 'Skeletons' and was prepared for the album track to be different, but I am so disappointed with the amount of production on it. I think her voice is stunning on it's own without all the effects. That being said I still like it, but I think 'Habit' will be my favorite, it sounds incredible.

Now, I'm Canadian so it might be that, but the tracks I'm most lukewarm about are 'British Swag', 'Visa' and 'Foreigner' they just sound like she's trying to be someone else. I do love 'Kill Me Tonight' simple for the "ha ha" moment!

Ultimately I'm impressed, she said there'd be no filler tracks and I have to agree the whole thing does sounds great!

  4. Why do I feel that every female artist in UK wants to be Rihanna?
