Girls Aloud are back, 10 years after releasing their breakthrough single 'Sound Of The Underground'.
The girlgroup is for sure the most successful girlgroup in the UK after the Spice Girls stopped making music (or were the Sugababes more successful?). Queen Cheryl Cole, Princess Nicola Roberts and three other chicks make a great combination which you can hear on their new single as well.
"Something New" is a fun song and it def sounds like a song that could've appeared on Cheryl's album. To me it's a little bit too slow, but I just think the track has to grow on me more.

ReplyDeleteSis, Cheryl is the beautiful face of the group (we can't even argue about it), but the powerhouse diva right here is Nadine. Her solo career was a forgettable mess, but she ain't NO WAY irrelevant as the lead integrant.
It's pretty much obvious how you don't have any idea about how the group works...

Lol I do know of course, but Cheryl is owning all of the girls at the moment, and it's a shame Nadine's solo career didn't work out, but to me Cheryl has upgraded as the group's most relevant member. That's why she's the queen, not miss forgettable Nadine.

ReplyDeleteCinderella's Eyes shits on all the other girls' solo careers, especially Cheryl, Cinderella's Eyes was flawless throughout whereas all of cheryl's albums have about 3 songs with any substance at all.
