Lady GaGa's manager Vincent Herbert (and fun fact: Tamar Braxton's husband) paid a visit to 'Sway in the Morning' today where he confirmed that Madonna "just called [GaGa]" to try and set up a performance together for her MDNA tour.
"...Madonna just called her to perform with her at Yankee Stadium...we can't make it happen, because she's on her own tour, but that's just how the ball turns."
Something tells me if Madonna wasn't running her mouth so much, GaGa wouldn't have passed up the opportunity - whether she was on tour or not.
Madonna has hardly been "derogatory" toward Gaga. Literally every single interview during her last album had questions about how she felt about Gaga and the majority of them had positive responses but after a while Madonna got sick of the question and fobbed off the question with responses with "it's reductive" meaning the situation and not Gaga herself.
ReplyDeleteAlso Madonna using Born this Way on her tour would have had to have been allowed by Gaga and her management so Gaga knew EXACTLY what Madonna was going to do with it and still allowed it.
I love Madonna and Gaga but Gaga's fans, I'm sorry to say, have forever tainted Gaga for me. I now associate Monsters as hateful children and that is sad as I LOVEEED her so much more a year ago.
