Just when your faves had begun to reconstruct their wigs, rumors start swirling that Adele may be yanking them right back off come the holiday season! According to a source confirming to MTV UK, it will "make sense" that the new package features new material or unreleased songs.
Adele's record company is reported to be planning to bring out a repackaged version of her smash-hit album 21 in time for Christmas - including some extra tracks.The Daily Star Sunday claims that XL Recordings is hoping to see it become the biggest-selling album in UK chart history, which this year moved up to fifth place in the all-time sales chart after overtaking Michael Jackson's Thriller.A source told the paper: "A repackaged album is currently being discussed. It's not yet confirmed that it will feature new material or songs that didn't make the original album but it makes sense to bring it out."
It's the second coming.
It won't work this time. My "favorite wigged" artist is coming out with a follow-up to her most controversial album yet: this year.

DeleteAdele's team knows about the rampant comparisons... and the fan wars... so they're playing into the attention it would cause, to re-release 21 coincident with HER album's release around August this year. It's genius, and not personal.
