New details on Adele's theme song for this fall's James Bond movie, "Skyfall," have been released!
The song begins with a piano solo, then opening with the lines: "This is the end/Hold your breath and count to ten/Feel the Earth move and then/Hear my heart burst again.”
Part of the chorus goes: “Let the sky fall/Let it crumble/We will stand tall/And face it all/together.”
Showbiz411, who heard the track describes it as: "an ominous, dramatic ballad, with lots of gorgeous horn flourishes peeking out through Adele’s now trademark vocals."
The insider also says the track is more like classic James Bond theme songs from performers like Rita Coolidge and Shirley Bassey - opposed to the recent attempts by Madonna, and Alicia Keys with Jack White - which fell short.
"Let the Sky Fall" is being prepared to release sometime during the first week of October.
She's coming for wigs.

ReplyDeletePshh Madonna's theme song was EPIC!!! I don't remember any of the other themes
ReplyDeleteThe music video still gives me life.
DeleteGood catch. I always get them mixed up despite them being complete polar opposites. :)
ReplyDeleteThese comments gave me a stroke. Classic James Bond songs like Goldfinger, Diamonds are Forever, and You Only Live Twice are some of the most iconic pieces of music ever created and you're here mentioning Madonna and Jack White! SMFH!
