Remember that awkward, like, 30 seconds when Eminem gave Gaga an MTV Award or something? Yeah, me neither, but apparently it happened because I just posted a picture of it.
Annnyyywhooo, Eminem just confirmed that he worked with Gaga on an upcoming single for his album and it will definitely be a single.
"Yeah, I got this crazy record with Gaga and Kendrick for the upcoming LP", Eminem told MTV Rapfix early Saturday morning. "Its called "Street Lights", and its just a real upbeat record."
When asked if the collaboration would be be released as a single, Em said, "Definitely. We don't have a release date yet, but it'll be after Slaughterhouse's album."
Eminem also hinted at a possible Slim Shady return, saying "He's never far away from me."
You thought Gaga was everywhere with Born This Way? I have a feeling we are really going to be in Gaga overdrive with her ARTPOP era. I'm sure Billboard is already preparing the #1 spot on the Hot 100 to be taken up for the next 400 years. This could actually be the apocalypse.
Weird collab for someone who is anti-homophoba. She's collaborating with one of the most hateful homophobic musicians in the industry. gross.

His previous work has been described as 'gay bashing' but he's worked with Elton John in the past and he previously said this on Gay Marriage: "I Think Everyone Should Have The Chance To Be Equally Miserable"
DeletePlus I remember he made a joke about Gaga on Bad Meets Evil's "A Kiss" and people took it as a diss he even clarified in a few interviews it was a joke but Gaga is a fan of rap music and if she heard song she probably would have laughed it off.
I'm totally up for this collaboration, it would be interesting to see how it work.
