Flexing her vocal muscles, Kelly Clarkson performs an acoustic version of Katy Perry's next #1 single, "Wide Awake," using a much more dynamic range of vocals. She sings is a lot differently than Katy, not necessarily a better version, but definitely proves that Kelly can sing just about anything.
She doesn´t sing it differently, she sings it correctly.
