Is it that time of year again?
Despite it being a week before the list is supposed to officially launch, the top 10 has made it's way online for us all to gawk at.
The only pop star to crack the top 10 is Katy Perry, who landed at #4. Not surprising. Maxim has always praised Katy and her massive boobs very highly.
