I never really expect much from remix albums. Beyoncé's team is especially terrible at choosing remixes to put on extended play singles and re-releases. I mean, Above and Beyoncé was a catastrophic mess.
However, this EP actually did give me quite a bit of life... It's not just a bunch of remixes lumped on top of each other at the last minute. There's actually somewhat of a flow between them.With decent DJ skills and the free version of Virtual DJ you could host a cute little dance party.
It just kind of sucks that we already had these remixes. I can't tell you how many times I've bopped to that "Love On Top" remix at the club.
