I like where Ke$ha is going and Cannibal was a fantastic EP, probably the most well-rounded, best produced and energetic EP I've ever heard. Jury is still out on her though, the sophomore album will be a huge game changer for her career.
Rihanna is slaying radio right now and her production team is out of this world. Everyone wants Rihanna on their track. She's come from a generic reggae pop princess to a full grown Queen of Pop on her own. Her sassy attitude, don't give a fuck attitude and dynamic character make her a hella interesting Queen. In my mind, she's #2 in the world right now.
I won't even go into the extensive catalogue, career, or woman that the #1 is. I can't even begin to praise the Holy Spearit herself. She shall not be named because she is too good to even be mentioned in this "bracket". Queen B could record herself taking a piss and it'd go to #1. She can't be touched.
