Pitbull's new song, "Get It Started," leaked over the weekend. The track features Latin Pop Queen Shakira and a guitar heavy post-chorus breakdown.
I'm so torn about this song because I love Shakira and her delivery on this song, but Pitbull annoys me to absolutely no end. He raps about his passport in every song and needs to be stopped, but the beats on his songs are always incredible. It's no wonder he always tops the charts. People these days just want to dance, so I guess that outweighs how annoying he is.

I dont know what to feel about this song, i mean on one hand i love Pitbull and i adore Shakira but the song itself is kind...meh...It's starting to grow on me, IDK if its because Shakira or if the song is good.

ReplyDeleteI enjoy Shakira's music, but I am so over Pitbull. The first time I heard this, it reminded me a lot of Flo-Rida and Sia's 'Wild Ones'. Shakira kills her part, but the mutt ruins it. Mr. Worldwide needs to travel abroad, maybe to Space. And never come back.
